Lying just offshore from Kilmore Quay, the magnificent Saltee Islands dominate the horizon from the shoreline. An unspoiled nature reserve, the Islands provide sanctuary to an array of seabirds. Colonies of gannet, puffin, guillemot and razorbill are among the birds that make their home here. The islands are also home to one of the largest colonies of grey seal in Ireland.
Take a scenic tour around the islands to view the bird colonies and seals in their natural habitat. The trip lasts between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours and must be booked in advance. Lifejackets provided.
All trips are subject to weather conditions.
